about

I think it should be obvious, but maybe it isn't, that this and I Heard Some Bells One Summer Day are, to me, a harmonic pairing, in which a guitarist goes out to busk on a summer day, and, being watched by aliens, is abducted at the end where the guitar falls and smashes. The final section of the song is the abrupt entry into a tractor beam and the removal of the guitarist from Earth. After that, we enter into the experience of the guitarist in space with the track, In Space, many times longer than all the rest of the tracks, to convey the guitarist's lengthy journey in space.
